I’ve always been impressed with the technicians and quality of work from overhead doors and would give them a five star rating. However, the last technician they sent was a bit abrupt and not customer oriented. Would give him a two star rating. He told me he didn’t have the right spring to fix my door and it would be three days before he could get it. Garage door wouldn't close. Technician quickly diagnosed and repaired problem.
Javier was very helpful, courteous and able to correct our problem with replacement parts in a very reasonable time.. we would recommend Overhead Door for garage doors and msintenance.
