The good part was the company was able to put me on the schedule very quickly. And the technician that showed up was professional and did a good job. Overhead Door always sends one of two technicians to our home to perform annual, preventative maintenance. These two men have gotten to know our door - its hardware and electronics. They clean rails and fittings. They adjust travel. They lubricate necessary items. They are extremely professional, they know and understand the mechanical and electrical components. They are efficient in their work and extremely friendly. I strongly endorse this company and its employees
Unexpected next day scheduling Appointment details Clearly stated with Tech's name (Connor) and arrival time Prompt timely arrival Courteous, professional technician. Identified immediate issue and proposed solutions considering equipment age and replacement options. Identified seconsary issues with smaller garage door. Explained problems in details with cost estimate. Excellence in service and product technical understanding was outstanding.

On top of the late start, the billing had several unexpected surprises. I was originally quoted $250–$350 over the phone, but the final bill came out to $417 and included a surprise... read more
