Tony was awesome. He was on time, set up the door, and was communicating each step of the way. Door looks great, including the minor adjustments Tony recommended.
The technician did a great job fixing the problem (door would not close) and fixed the safety sensors. He also did a thorough job servicing the entire door and recommended maintenance every two years. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism!
The service guy was awesome fixed all the problems.
Job was very well done. Workers knew their job and were professional. I give them an 8/10 rather than a 10 only because I was scheduled for service between 10 and 12 and at 12:15 they hadn’t arrived. I called the company and was told they’d be there in 5 minutes- which they were. All they had to do is shoot me a text and I would have given them a 10….
