Called to have my door balanced. It was balanced, but when the tech adjusted the limits on the opener, he somehow got the carriage piece upside down. I got a courtesy call the next day and explained the problem yo the caller. All he said was, "Well, let us know if we can do anything else." That was all I needed to hear to know that I will never do business with them again.
