Charlie and his team did a great job. Everything went as planned, communication on point, paperwork was spotless. They guys worked clean and well organized. Showed up on time, responded to messages quickly. This company is a textbook example!
I picked Over the Top Roof Repair because of all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint. Charlie was here right on time as promised at the time I requested, did a thorough investigation and gave me a quote then and there. He put me towards the front of the line because I had an actual leak. He under-promised and over-delivered. The technician arrived literally 5 days later (on a Tuesday), and by the time I came home from work they were already gone. Highly recommend.

Don't use this guy. Charlie does not fulfill signed contracts. Shoddy workmanship, unsupervised teams, lots of praying... hole where Flashing incorrectly installed allowing shingles to fall over. Exposed a hole for racoons to come in. Now won't warranty his work and fix the flasing. Deep pockets is what Charlie likes. Contracted to have facia replaced. Had to constantly ask when it would be done. At the end Charlie sent people. Then charged us with now written warning we were responsible for new supposwdly uncontracted servi... read more
