We came into Over the Rainbow right before closing time and despite this, the ladies were still so kind and helpful. They did not rush things along so they could get home. The care continued the next day when Christy called to check in on my son. I appreciated that care to check in. I definitely recommend them!
RecommendedI am SO impressed with Over the Rainbow! From the cleanliness, layout (so stinking cute and fun for the kids!!!), front desk staff, medical assistants and nurses/docs, this place is TOP NOTCH! Our pediatrician couldn't get us in, so this was close by and I'm SO GLAD we went. I'll be telling everyone I know about this place and will defiantly be a return customer. Thank you for making my kids feel comfortable and smile, even though they were sick!
Wonderful and friendly staff. My kids are usually scared to go to the doctor but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming with so much for the kids to do while they wait. The doctors are great and the lady at the front desk on the weekend is just beautiful inside and out. I will definitely continue taking my kids here when they are ill.
Staff is so friendly and polite. Love how even if the littles are sick, there is a ton of awesome things like the play house or as my son likes to call it the castle to play with to toy cars and race tracks to keep them somewhat distracted while being at the urgent care. We’ve gone here a few times when his doctors office is already closed and will keep coming back. They are direct and want to help you and your child get the right answers to help them get better! We love this place!

Costumer service was incredible, fast, and friendly. Great listeners and acknowledged my daughter’s concerns. I was super stressed about bringing my younger children along for our oldest child’s appointment but the environment changed everything. Least stressful visit I’ve ever had at a pediatric appointment. I think if the wait had have been an hour, it wouldn’t have mattered because my children would’ve been entertained. Best place ever. Filled with love and someone definitely thought about the children❤️

Such a highly recommended place to bring my son who wasn't feeling all to well. From the incredible amazing decor in the waiting room to the very pleasant and nice greetings at the front desk and nurses!! The CNA was so great with him she got him up easily on the scale with just a smile and a real genuine heart! He actually stayed on the scale to be measured. I was AMAZED!!
