Derrick arrived 3 hours after my initial call, fixed the problem, showed me how to fix it myself, and installed an additional security lock to ease my fears. He was wonderful to work with and very responsive and prompt.
Got it done quickly, explained how to program opener, went through features. Knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended him to my neighbors.
My technician was fair on price and even fixed something else that wasn t asked and was very efficient. He was willing to come the same day but because of my availability he came early the very next morning. I highly recommend this company!!!!
