Overall it was a good experience. There was a mix up in communication with the technicians and it wasn't communicated to me until I reached out due to them not being on time. But once settled a new time was established and the job got done.

It was awesome that they were able to fix my problem today...he had the part on his truck, and it was packaged as a brand new part. He quoted me a reasonable price to fix it and did so quickly and efficiently. My husband had speculated that we might need a new opener, but the technician said it was fine, just needed a new, less expensive gear. He also checked everything else out at no additional charge. I highly recommend them!
