Derrick the owner called me immediately after request on Angie's list. He came out and fixed my sensors on the garage door opener. I couldn't get the garage door to stay closed it would open and close repeatedly. All good 👍👌😊.

Derek was terrific! He responded quickly to my call, he asked a few good questions to determine what was needed for the repair, he asked how quickly I needed assistance (rather than simply telling me what he could/couldn't do, he asked what I needed), and we scheduled the repair for the next morning. He did get a scheduling conflict and later called to apologize, but we both worked out another convenient time. My garage door didn't open one evening and he came out the next day to fix the broken spring. Was very quick and professional. I would recommend him for all garage door needs.
Installation was on time and efficient. The installer was courteous and explained the controls and features of the garage door opener.
