The insurance lady Kathy billed the wrong code to my insurance company. When it came back as not authorized, I called my insurance and found out what was wrong. Instead of her calling the company to see what was wrong she sent a nasty note on my bill. When I tried to help she was not very nice. I liked Dr. Tom but I think they are overpriced compared to the doctors that I have gone to for the last 20 years. I finally am just going to pay the bill and cut my losses. Done, and done. Very unprofessional!!!
