Ovation is a great place to live - great staff, fun resident events. It has been a great year and a half!
The Ovation has been an incredible building to live in. The staff including the manager Jessica, assistant Harland as well as the concierge staff of Sean and Nick have been incredible to deal with. We moved here from Miami and the staff at the building handled everything for us for our move while we were 1,500 miles away. The building is also extremely clean, modern, has a great location and has fantastic amenities. Hard to express how awesome it's been living at Ovation. We moved in a little over a year ago and we've been amazed how much we like it. Ovation sparkles. (The Sky Club at the top of the building with its incredible view of both lakes particularly so.) Weight room and sauna downstairs are perfect, and have done a great job keeping us warm in the cold months. It has been a pleasure living at the Ovation, when our lease was up we considered moving out of the downtown area but every time we looked somewhere else it just didn't compare. The building has everything you could ask for and more! The staff is amazing and will help you however possible, I don't think I have seen them not smiling. Finally, I can't leave out the rooftop sunsets, my girlfriend and I have spent many an evening listening to music and unwinding with a local brew or two to end the day on the 13th floor or grilli... read more
