I visited the shop for the first time 2 weeks ago. One employee was willing to spend 20 minutes repairing a bent axle on my son's running stroller. Not only were they pleasant and helpful, they did this repair for free! Definitely recommend.
I like Outspokin, this store has been here for many years. I am looking forward to riding on their rides that they offer.

What a GREAT experience purchasing a bike. I came in not knowing what I wanted or need and Herman and Brett were very helpful and directing me the right direction. So after test riding to many ( because then I wanted more than one) we came to the conclusion the Trek Madone 5.2 would best suit me. They were very helpful, honest, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. They do more than just sell bikes. Looking forward to many years and miles with my new bike and Outspokin' Bicycles!
