Professional and friendly personnel and excellent choices.
These guys absolutely saved me in a pinch this weekend before the IM70.3. My derailleur was damaged in shipping and I didn't realize how badly until I stopped here for a tune up! They quickly identified and fixed the problem and for a very fair price, got me on the road and saved me from what at least would have caused a DNF for the race and at worst might've caused a serious accident! Outspokin' will forever be my go-to shop when I'm in Augusta!
