Brett made our kids’ bike purchase very easy. We’d originally stopped just to purchase our daughter’s bike, but after getting our son dialed in on one to test, we wanted to go ahead and upgrade his, too. Many thanks to Brett and the Outspokin’ team.
The owner and his staff are incredible. They can easily help you find what you’re looking for, and not push anything on you that you don’t need. Not only that, they host weekday group rides and Saturday group rides that are phenomenal. I would not be the cyclist I am today without them!
Thank you so much for the tune up and the new handles with wrist rests. Also the new stem, raising the handlebars, made all the difference In the world. Rode 16 miles Tuesday and nothing hurt!!
