Excellent customer service. Very friendly and experienced sales persons. They were able to order the style and color riding shoe that I wanted in a timely manner. They also have a variety of different color helmets to choose from.
Excellent shop! The affable Brett (owner), Connor and the rest of the crew have really overdelivered on customer service and remained amazingly steadfast in their good cheer and friendliness, considering how crazy and frenetic life has been for them amidst the pandemic. Their frequent group rides are the mainstay of the colourful Augusta cycling community, always well-attended and reflective of the devotion of their loyal clientele.
I was in there this morning and Sid sold me a fantastic bike. Extremely knowledgeable staff and have a great warranty and servicing system set up when you buy a bike with them.

These guys fixed my derailleur a few weeks back and I had a chain break. No questions asked, they fixed it and didn't charge me. They are a square bunch of guys who try to do you right. You can trust them with your equipment and they have good products for sale as well. Thank you for respecting my business. You've earned it for the long haul if the quality sustains. I recommend Outspokin as it was recommended to me.

We worked with Bret during our purchase. He made sure we had the right bike for what we were planning on doing. He even went the extra mile to set up new bikes for us to try out in the store. I ended up purchasing a Marlin 5 from him, he set it up with a new goose neck which gave me a better riding position. I would definitely recommend this shop... they show that they care.
Every person in there is super friendly and knowledgeable about what they’re selling. Me being new to biking they helped me find the perfect fit. Would definitely recommend!
