Doctors and staff are very welcoming and informative. It's a lot different then it used to be, so so much better for not only the patient but for the family and friends. Thanks Norfolk Sentara Hospital!
Only problem that I had was that my mom went there and was released on Friday night and the didn't even give her a wheel chair to go to the pick up point she had to walk the whole way and she is 80 and very weak that really sucked on their part
I was there for an outpatient surgery on August 17th in the River Pavillion - 3rd floor. The office admins, Nurses and Surgeons were kind, caring and truly amazing. Thank you all for your wonderful care.
So over crowded !!!! Could never get anyone one the phone in the ER. Not please
