I have been going to Outpatient Diagnostics for YEARS. EVERY time I go there, speak with them on the phone, leave a message and get called back immediately, ask them to fax or send something to a dr and get a call right back that it's been done, I think to myself how much I LOVE these people ! These days, sadly we don't seem to get great "service" in many places. That is definitely not the case here. Every single person that I have contact with is outstanding ! They are fast and very kind . I was pleased with the services.
I have a ton of health issues. Been here for all things ranging from bone scans to MRI's of the brain... Staff is always fast and courteous. I actually look forward to going to see them.... Lol :-)
I had a upper gi this morning. Everyone was so pleasant. The young lady who assisted the radiologist made the experience a pleasant one. They explained everything.
I love this place. My first visit here. I had to have an MRI and I am very claustrophobic. From the people at the front desk to everyone else....they were amazing!!!! I cant remember the gentlemans name.......as I was very nervous......but we talked about how he was from the Kingsport area...near where I grew up.....he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I recommend them highly!!!!!!!!!
