Lab staff are very unprofessional
Very kind, caring, gentle staff.
Had a question about a charge through the check-in process, and I got transferred four times and the last time I was transferred it was a busy signal!
Went to get some labs done and get containers for collecting a sample. The blood draw went fine, but when it came to the containers, there were issues. First, they didn’t give me all the materials needed. Then they started pointing fingers and blaming each other for it. Then they argued over whether or not I had the right containers.
