Called over four times to make a takeout order, but no one ever answered. When we routed our call to the hostess, we got told that nobody was actually responsible for takeout ordering and that we would simply have to keep trying the takeout line until someone was available. Sorry, but I have better things to do with my time and money than to play phone tag for fifteen minutes!
