As always - GREAT Service, GREAT Food!! Love the new steak preparation options!
Took wife to Outback in Bremerton for our anniversary. She ordered the prime rib, I had the top sirloin. Took close to an hour to get our dinner. Her prime rib was so tough that she could only eat about half of it. My top sirloin was dry, over cooked and flavorless . Took most of it home to use for crab bait (hope they like it more than I did). Wish I could post pictures of what was left of the meal. When I was asked how I liked my meal and I Told them about it. The best service we have received in a while. Our waiter was exceptional. We were celebrating an academic achievement award my daughter received and he went above and beyond and she felt special :) She said as we were leaving "Wow, they are really nice there!"
went for very special occasion after seeing a ad on tv then checking my local locations website to be sure they were included in the special, website confirmed they did after ordering and celebrating we were told that special was not at that restaurant we showed them there own website and the manager said that he didn't have any control over his website we were told 3 times he would not be able to honor that price because he would have to take to big of a hit. after five minutes of complete embarrassment he finally gave the ... read more
Our dinner was sorta ok. We ordered Shrimp on the barbie. Shrimp was under cooked as well as my steak. My salad was wilted and not very appetizing to eat. The good thing my baked potato was good and so was the bread. My husband ordered chicken, at least that was edible to eat.
Service was horrible. Over an hour to get our food.
Not very good... Robert's meal was not what it was supposed to twice so he had changed his order completely and it was supposed to be our Anniversary Dinner. The Manager kept coming out and was not a person that was very happy with the customer notifying them that they did wrong. They didn't even comp my husband's meal just to make sure we were pleased with how it was felt with... We will NEVER go back!
