Just got home from a fantastic Birthday Dinner at the Outback Steakhouse here in Bremerton WA. Want to say a special thank you to Stephanie , who cooked our steaks to perfection, to Kaley who waited on us, and to Keith who took care of the spilled glass of ice tea that hubby had done causing me to jump!, I asked if he just wanted to see if I still could move fast and guess he got his answer! A great day and now we are both the same age once again, I keep chasing him and hope to be for many years to come.
Horrible service! We were there for over 10 min - place was not even close to busy - very light crowd - a gal who came in after we had been waiting for 10 min, was seated brought drinks and a blooming onion - waitress never stopped by - no offer of drinks - totally ignored! We got up and left - they didn't even notice. Left a very bad taste in my mouth - not certain I will return.
Pretty crappy service. This place has gone to crap.
Excellent food and service. Chilled salads were stellar.
Worst service ever. Took forever to get my drink. It sat there on the bar I had to go up and get it myself
Microwave 55.00 fail..... 45 min for food, 1.5 hr ordeal.... Still was charged for my burned then microwaved dish. Table next to us had a send back... By the time it came back out the rest of his table was done... The owner brought the steak back out... Thd customer said just box it up, owner said "I just wanted to make sure that it was cooked right" then he asked them if they were interested in dessert.... Owner needs to get a clue.
