Well I could have made a better salad . Could not find much BBQ chicken .plus the place was cold beyond belief.....told it had to stay cold to let the floor dry.
steak wasn't cooked as it was ordered and had to go back for butter ,steak sauce and sour cream was stayin hotel across the street
This was my first time ever at an Outback Steakhouse. We went for our 3rd anniversary to eat. We ordered a Blooming Onion....I was burnt. We both did steak and all you could eat shrimp. I asked for my steak to be medium well. It was well done and tough. My husband's was perfect. Only good thing was customer service. For it being my first time ever going there did not leave a good impression with me.
Worst outback I have ever been to. The manager does not know how to properly manage or what customer service is. You would think if the WAITRESS messed up your order THREE TIMES that your meal would be comped since everyone else is done eating and you are still waiting to eat. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Food was a c minus. Don't eat here
The quality of Outback has really declined. Not so impressed anymore.
Loud!! Not a place if you want to talk during dinner. Prattville location much better
