My family has tried to go to this location twice now and the service was terrible. We waited both times for over 45 minutes while people who came in after us were seated. They are always understaffed and management is incompetent.
Worst place every. They need to get some new waiter and cooks. How long does it take to make a fucking salad and a fucking grilled cheese for my baby. Horrible never going back to that suck ass place.
I really enjoyed our 1st visit to the new Outback service was good.I had the sirlon steak with smoked sauce and bacon. Also a side of Marcellus sauce. Hubby had stuffed mushrooms with. Crab meat. All very good. Desert was Salt Caramel cookie topped with ice cream. Very stuffed!!!
My wife, daughter and I stopped at the new Eastchase location this afternoon. We had Sheanavea as our waitress. She was very nice and friendly. Excellent customer service and very professional.
I would give this place a zero if I could. I tried this place for a second time but got the same result. There were more people in the waiting area than at tables. Why does it take 3 hostesses to try and sit people? I say try because they didn't. They debated about where to sit people. I will never return.
This was my second time at the new east chase location. The first time was right after they opened....Waited 45 mins to an hour for a horrible steak and cold asparagus. Today we waited another 45 mins for cold fries and a so so burger. There were maybe 10-15 others at the place. I will not return
