Waited one hour for our food to come out and still did not get all of it at one time. Ask to speak to the manager but she never came over. Horrible experience and will be contacting the proprietor.

Service was AMAZING, I have a service dog and they were very accommodating! When something small was wrong with our meal they offered to give us that entrée for free.
Extremely disappointed: the check in person didn't check us in until they checked in two people that came I after we did, took 45 minutes to get a drink, took 20 more minutes for bread, and jacked up me and my babe's steak. Positive: the Caesar salad I waited 30 minutes for was good. I most likely will not return.

My family came to your establishment tonight for our first meal together in five days. My son was served rotten meat. When we alerted the MOD, Ron, he apologized. And that's all we got for my son eating rotten meat. We paid our bill in FULL. That is not how you treat customers; that is not how you run a business that deals with the public. What happened to the quality control be standards that used to be in place? Unacceptable.
While I enjoy dining in at Outback, I can never, ever order takeout again. The last two times (both of which were special occasions) we ordered takeout., we were left with improperly cooked entrees, missing items as well as the incorrect garnish items for our salads and sides. I know the retort will be that you should thoroughly check yourorder before leaving. But we all know that is not realistic sitting in your car and unpacking every item of a $100 order. What happened to the Caesar salad? "Bagged" croutons, no Parmesan?? The usually good rib-eye was nothing to write home about either. This won't fly on the East side!! What's up??
