three hours waiting for a Togo pick up. THEY LOST THE ORDER!!
ordered at 4pm and was given a delivery time of 5:31. At 10 min after 6 we get a message that the order was canceled. Thanks for making us wait 2 hours to cancel our order. much appreciated. Just lost customers for life.
placed an order at 330pm for a pickup time of 540pm I just left parking lot no food said they would call when ready. So disappointing no dinner been waiting all week for this day.
I placed an order for mother's day on Wednesday. when I got there for my appointment time there was a line around the parking lot and blocking traffic. one lady I spoke to said she had been in line for almost 2 hours and it was now 40 minutes past her appointment time. I left big disappointment for my mom and myself
