When orders are placed tell people if they are going to fill them. A simple call, text, or email would have been ok. Still waiting for our food from yesterday. Haha never again will I eat at any outback, it was my favorite place to go also.
I ordered food for my Mother’s Day at 3:42pm and got to the parking lot at 5:20 and they took our name numerous times at 7:50pm we are advised they lost our ticket and don’t know what happened to 2 1/2 hours waiting in the car with my 3 kids and all I get is an oh sorry! Will never go there again! We also called 4 times from the parking lot to get ZERO answers in the phone!!!
Definitely would NEVER recommend the Outback at Lake Nona. Worst experience ever. My Mother's Day meal is ice cold, but after waiting 45 minutes for a takeout order that was scheduled ahead of time, I'll just microwave it. I've wasted enough of my time.

I placed an order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 5:15. We waited 45 minutes before a woman came out and said it wasn't ready but she'd "keep an eye out." I know businesses are struggling right now, so I'm glad you're busy, but you are clearly not staffed for this. It's not fair to your customers or your employees, who were all running around the parking lot looking frazzled and getting yelled at. I told the woman to cancel our order and left. Ordered delivery for 5:00pm. It's 6:15 and still no delivery!!! What a great way to celebrate mother's day!😫. Thanks outback for ruining it. And of course can not get through on the phone.
I placed an order for delivery for my mother's day meal for 730pm. I didn't get my meal until almost 9. When we got the food it was all cold, old and disgusting!! MY steak was burned and shriveled. My husband's steak was soo fatty. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price I paid for the food
I ordered my own Mother’s Day dinner since I am home alone w a 10 year old and I order a kids steak med rare. It came cold and bloody. I ordered a center cut med rare and it came cooked ok but both steaks had no flavor. I ordered a baked potato loaded and it didn’t even come w butter. I didn’t have the option to get just fries w the kids meal. Had to order a salad that he wouldn’t eat and order an extra side of fries. They were not good and chewy. I will not order from them again.
