We have usually enjoyed our meals there, before the quarantine that has been our go to place for celebrations or special occasions, or just when we want to eat not fast food, even if it's pricier. RecommendedReally good dinner and the best company
When you order a steak dinner and you tell them no added salt, why would you roll the baked potato in salt? There was enough salt on that potato to kill a person! Does anyone in that kitchen have any common sense whatsoever?
I totally understand with all that's going on, there will be hiccups in takeout orders, that's just inevitable. But... this Outback just can't catch up to speed. Tried ordering takeout a few weeks ago, arrived on time and waited 20 minutes in line, only to come home and eat cold and soggy food. Decided to give Uber Eats a try. Again multiple issues... hostess was rude and looked unhappy. the waitress was pleasant but service was extremely slow. drinks and appetizers came out quickly and were good. But the meal took a very long time and when we got our steaks. one out of five was cooked. the others were very raw.Would have sent them back for a recook but couldn't get anyone to help. waited 35 minutes to speak to a manager. was told no one asked for her to come and speak to us. She compt the whole table. Hope they can work things out there but I won't be returning.
