very small serving of lobster and steak ... second round my drink weak but wife strong .... hum

I should have sent my food back I ordered the chicken and shrimp over fettuccine the sauce was okay the shrimp was burnt the chicken had no taste
Went in and sat at the high tops in the bar area,no service my wife had to ask the hostess for a server the server came out and took the people’s order that had just sat down next to us and never acknowledged us, we had been sitting there at least 10 minutes at this point so we decided it was time to leave!!!! On the way out my wife told the hostess no server ever came to our table, she said sorry and let’s us walk out!!!
The new location is beautiful, however they have carried on the same theme as the old location. The orders never come out right and the service is consistently terrible. I’m very disappointed.
Great food. Great service
service was slow, which I could of recovered from if getting a drink or a refill was possible. our waiter was MIA most of the night. my filet was brought out and they cut into it. This is a first for me. Then the liquid from the veggies was soaking the plate and when I asked for a plate the waiter said nothing upon learning why. Poor service all around it seems to be a pricey TGIF or Applebees.
