I placed an order yesterday that was supposed to be ready at 5:15. We waited 45 minutes before a woman came out and said it wasn't ready but she'd "keep an eye out." I know businesses are struggling right now, so I'm glad you're busy, but you are clearly not staffed for this. It's not fair to your customers or your employees, who were all running around the parking lot looking frazzled and getting yelled at. I told the woman to cancel our order and left.
