As regular dine in customers at this restaurant we decided to do carry out last night under the circumstances. We picked our food up a little after 9pm (they close at 10). We got home and as soon as we opened our bone in ribeyes ordered medium well we could tell they were over cooked. They looked burnt and tasted like char! They were extremely tuff. food is okay, but very noisy. but what bothers me the most is the dirty women's bathrooms. toilet paper on the floor and this was at 3 in the afternoon just imagine this evening. what's slobs. but I have encountered this before here. why can't the manager do something, how does he allow this?
Good steaks at reasonable pricing. We like the location on University. It’s a great location, plenty of seating and call ahead is very helpfull.
Well, it's safe to say that the delivery service has definitely not improved with the new location. I had a few issues with the old location right before they closed, and it's clear that haven't managed to get it right at the new spot. I ordered on their app at 6:29pm. The app decided to make the delivery address the RESTAURANT ADDRESS and nobody noticed until they sent the delivery out. It's now 8:18pm, and we still have no dinner. My husband and I ordered our Valentine's Day To-Go order from here. I called up early in the afternoon to find out about how much advance notice I'd need to call in and the young lady told me about and hour before hand. I Called at 6:15 p.m. and ordered the Steak and Lobster for my husband and the Steak, Lobster and Shrimp for myself. I understand it was Valentine’s Day but it was like we wasn’t there. Terrible experience, and I never complained, ever! Never! I’m sure it was our waitress because we witnessed other tables get better service.
