Kinda disappointed in dinner. Asked for rare ribeye steak, got medium. it was my bonus daughter’s bday, and she wanted steak. I’m just glad her steak came out correct and she enjoyed her dinner.. wish we all could’ve. Our server was great, we know it wasn’t his fault. maybe they’ll get the kinks worked out in the kitchen bc the table next to use got overcooked steak as well.
Myself and my co-workers decided to splurge today and order online lunch from Outback in Dothan. We placed our order, paid online and paid extra to have it delivered. It came, on time. However, there was a couple of items missing and we called to tell them. The young lady that took the call was extremely hostile and right off the bat accused us of wanting "free stuff". Carla at Outback in Do than is an awesome waitress! Couldn't have asked for better service. She kept the ice tea flowing, and had them fix my steak perfectly!😀
I would not, not reccomend Outback BUT wait a couple months. Let this covid crap get out of the area and maybe Outback can get it together again. Little things add up and they definitely are lately. Got lunch today and my salad was wilted and cucumbers were sour. See you in a few months Outback.

Grabbed lunch curbside to-go today and it was an excellent experience. Food came out fast, hot & delicious. And Matthew’s customer service skills were second to none. He greeted me promptly with a smile and repeated my order without even looking at the ticket. Not one thing was left out of my order. This Outback ALWAYS gets it right. One reason we come here over & over! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We’ve had so many great experiences but during this COVID-19 experience we have gotten Outback Dothan several times and have had wonderful experience with both delivery and curbside. Jessie and her team of Outbackers are doing a wonderful job serving the community!
