Great food. Great staff. The manager Nikki is absolutely wounderful. She was great to her staff. When they would get overwhelmed she jumped in and helped them out. The bartender was great. He checked on his customers constantly. He is very personable and knows hos patrons. Outback is lucky to have them.
Last night was absolutely terrible! We had a party of 7. Took over an 1 1/2 to get seated but somehow larger parties that came in after us were seated before us. Took forever to order our food. After it was ordered it was about 45 minutes before we got it. We told the waiter to split the checks. The waiter put all our checks together. Then proceeded to split one of our checks and had three of us on one ticket. Finally, he split them up like he was asked...and had charged me for two additional items I never ordered! Dothan, Al Outback sucks. Terrible service. Terrible delivery. Terrible pickup. They have screwed up our last 3 orders. Wont be back.
