Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Ordered delivery and waited an hour and forty minutes for cold food, missing parts of my order, undercooked Salmon, a rock hard sweet potato, stale bread, a soup spoon, but no silverware to use for the rest of my order for 4 people. I called, and was told they were out of silverware. WhenI tried to call back concerning the rest of my order I was hung up on. Never tip ahead when ordering online- and check your order before the delivery guy leaves. Completely unacceptable!!! $80 down the drain!!!
I had the worst experience of my life at your restaurant in Dothan Alabama tonight. We called to see what time the restaurant closed. We arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing because I worked the late shift. We looked at the menu prior to coming so we would be ready to order. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. Birthday dinner even let me sub for hamburgers steak
My wife took me out to lunch for Veterans Day and it was disappointing because her steak was not cooked the way she wanted it she ordered the 18oz rib eye bone in medium and got medium rare. COVID-19 is still here, they took the steak back to the kitchen and put it back on the grill, didn’t know if this was SOP or not but she refused the order.
