Stopped in the 20th/3rd location for lunch and man oh man was it good. My server was amazing. I ordered the prix fix meal for $14.99. Coconut shrimp with sweet pot and house salad. The salad was fresh and crispy. The shrimp cooked to a crispy perfection and the sweet pot so good. My server gave us emaculate service.
The food was ok. Left off the salad that came with the meal. And it was a long wait time.
Their signature burger is one of the best in town.
Wouldn’t recommend the Downtown Outback—after six tries, we’re done We’ve given this location every chance: five DoorDash orders and one dine-in. The dine-in service crawled, and our salads arrived with the entrées. Delivery has been just as frustrating—orders consistently take 45–60 minutes even though we live five minutes away; on the last order the driver waited at the restaurant for 25 minutes.
