We go to Outback Ormond a lot. We have lived her over 12 years. My youngest son wanted his family dinner there. We go there every year this year was no difference. There are 6 of us and 3 children. I called to do call ahead seating and the lady was shocked when I said 6 adults 3 children. Then she put me on hold to ask her supervisor and came back and said we could come at 4pm or 10pm. We wanted 6:30. I said no thanks. Called the one on ISB. They are happy to have us. Tried to keep our money in Ormond but no more
Had reservations at 6 food didn't come till hour later and two out of four was not hot and other steak was well instead of medium where other was medium on larger one to be well ,charged for alacart two times more waitress seemed upset by others and must have had bad day.
Service was slow and non existent steak was so salty you couldn't eat it had 1 steak sent back still wasn't cooked right only saw our waitress 2 to take our order and drop off the bill

WHY would you COVER parmesan crusted chicken in cayenne pepper??? NOT noted on the menu. Totally inedible. I tried to scrape it off, but it was marinated in the horrible stuff. Worst meal ever.

We have been there 2 times now and both times was a great experience!! Great steak and awesome service!! We definitely will be back.
The only reason for 4 stars is the food.. service was terrible and the host was a smarty pants offering to clean a certain table for us and saying your welcome before we could even say thank you.
I love the salad at outback! We eat dinner there a lot.
