The manager, Stacy, stopped by to check on everything...twice! Place was not too busy. The service was great....Reid, my waiter was very friendly. One of my best experiences there.
I only picked one star because I had to. Went there for lunch with my co worker. Ordered soup and salad. Waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Never got our soup or salad after waiting 50 minutes! Asked for manager. She walked out with our food in to go boxes. Literally threw our salads with dressing and all in to go boxes. Will never go back. This was our third time giving them a chance. We spent Mother's Day there and we were served by a waiter who is not very pleasant he was actually pretty rude. Our one-year-old spilled a water and he acted like he was annoyed � and like we were a nuisance. He checked on us once maybe twice. And barely spoke never smiled

My Family and I always go to this location when we visit Daytona, FL. This location has always been the best quality food and service. It exceeds the level we have seen at all the other locations we have been too. We have several picky eaters in our family so ordering and food quality can be a challenge. Rather than making us feel like we are being a nuisance they said we can do that no problem. Our trip to Outback for lunch in Ormond Beach was disappointing. The cheap prices were turned into a $40 dollar lunch. The waitstaff asked which two sides we wanted. I assumed the sides came with combo lunch. It obviously didn't. We've been traveling for days and didn't put up a fight. The waitstaff was pushing the main dish while still halfway through the soup. I understand thd help trying to pump up the bill for a tip. But not every older couple are old fools.
I was charged a $10 gratuity...even though the waitress was given a $10 tip ; (
I saw a photograph of a blooming onion with cheese fries and copped up steak bits piled on top. Needless to say, my eyeballs popped out of my head and my tongue unrolled across the table and onto the floor like that wolf in the toon room when Jessica Rabbit walked out. I was seated promptly as a single diner in the bar area and received superb service throughout my dining experience. Special thanks to Hostess Michelle and my waiter, Rob. I will definitely be coming back in the future- glad to hear about project delivery!
