My wife ordered a well done burger and it came out rare, red and bloody. I ordered Alice springs chicken, which was good, but only had 1 chicken breast. It used to be 2. Server was slow and didn’t refill my tea. Not a good night on a slow Sunday night

Food was great! Service is lacking though! And dinner took awhile to come out. Kinda sad Outback at one time was my favorite!
Steak was not up to outback steak. Gristle thru 1/2 of it. Got bread crusty, and not even warm. Salad came, not even 2 minutes the steak was there. Disappointed !
Last Wednesday my family (6 people) went into Outback in Ormond Beach FL to have a nice dinner. We usually go to the St. Augustine location because the Ormond one is known for not so great service but that night we had a car of 6 people and figured we'd go to the one in town closest to us. We were seated almost immediately which was quite nice. The restaurant was not busy by any means so we thought we'd get served in a timely manner as well.
