Not as good as other Outbacks I've been too. Food quality and service was disappointing. We keep going back hoping it will improve.
After telling my wife how good it was for two years, we got to tough as leather steaks. We did get sirloin so I wasn't expecting a filet, but they were not very good. The coconut shrimp as ALWAYS was GREAT.
Blue cheese wedge salad was delicious!! Waitress very attentive.
We were tired from a busy day in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Newfound Gap and was wanting a place to eat where we didn't have to wait a couple of hours, so we decided to stop at this Outback Steakhouse. We were seated quickly, the server was great, caring and very friendly. All of our food was the right temperature and very delicious. If that way again, I would be glad to stop there again. We are from Georgia.
