the hostess saw us coming (Mom with her wheeled walker), sat us and offered to take the walker and put it nearby out of the way. Bret(t) our waitstaff was excellent. Food was perfect. I have had great luck at both the East and now West Outbacks. Will go again, and again, and again.
Came here tonight for our 10th anniversary. I set online for us to be there at a certain time. We got there and were told it'd be about a 15 minute wait and gave us a buzzer. We went and sat at the bar in the mean time. Everyone around us was buzzed and went to sit down. Finally after an hour of waiting my husband went to the host to ask what was going on and why we haven't been called yet. He was told that they some how they "forgot us". It was my first visit. My daughter and 2 grandsons had been at an Outback previously. We went at lunch time. The young man who waited on us was amazing. I believe he was a Manager. He made great suggestions, went above and beyond with the service, was extremely friendly and personable. I got the feeling he wanted to make our experience the best he could and he was very successful at accomplishing that. The food was delicious. Definitely will go back.
Victoria Filet very good. Order med rare for med. Service very good. They really need to turn down volume or better yet turn off music. Really annoying.
