We went on Friday night 1/19/18 to restaurant on Junction Road, Madison. Our waitress was Jenna O. She provided great customer service.Our food was excellent, we had seafood— shrimp for one and a platter for other with lobster tail, crab cake & shrimp. We ordered a side of onion rings. Both had food to bring home. Left overs were good next day.�
Called Saturday night at 5:56pm to order a to go meal. Person who answered not excelling in customer service told me it would be an hour wait. Seriously? No thanks
I had the absolute BEST ribs I have ever had in my life. I wish I could afford to go back. Didnt like the fact we had a full rack of ribs that only had french fries with no salad. when you pay for a full meal you should be able to get a side and a salad.
Had a very poor waitress. Didn't seem friendly or geeet us as such, acted like we were an inconvience. She didn't write our order down so when I ordered the grass fed hamburger it came back it was rare instead of the well done i asked for, and had some kind of spicy cajun tasting seasoning on it. After waiting almost 20 minutes for refills on our drinks she finally came out and asked if we wanted more but at that time we were ready to leave...
