Usually this restaurant is pretty good but my experience today has turned me off of going there or using them in the future. At 4:20 I placed an online order for delivery. Was told that it will be delivered between 456 and 5:06 PM. It did not arrive. Shortly past the expiration of the delivery window I get a revised text that my food will now come 20 to 30 minutes later between 5:26 PM and 5:36 PM. Again it did not arrive. Recommendedservice from our young lady was great. over all food was good. my steak was cooked fair ,but to much seasoning was used. this made it so what salty. all other items we very good.
i wish i could say somthing good but 2 weeks n a row now ive gone there when i didnt feel like cooking for a 2go order and both times ordered a medium steak, this time even clarified i wanted it pink all thru, this seems well done to me....mostly grey, stringy and dried out....i thought you guys were called Outback "steakhouse"...?
Wife ordered two dinners, some appetizers and desserts. When she got home found out our $15 dollar desserts were not in the bag. You would think in the times we are living you would try to keep every customer happy. Not sure if the dessert were forgotten or if this is your way to save money. This is totally uncalled for. The steaks were delicious and we were expecting a great dessert but the end of the meal fell short with no dessert. RecommendedOrdering delivery during COVID. Part of our order was forgotten (it happens!) and they were fantastic, sending out a replacement promptly. Happy kiddo has his mac, and happy kiddo makes for happy everybody.
