I am highly disappointed with my service that I received when me and my family went out for dinner. First off my waitress brought us bread that was molding at the bottom of it and then we waited almost 30 to 45 minutes to have our order placed after we had already ordered our drinks and appetizers our waitress main concern was making her drinks for the bar she rarely ever Checked in to see if we needed anything not to mention her attitude was not as great she seemed as if she could care less to make sure we had a great exper... read more
customer service...never came back to check if everything is ok or needed
Waited 1.5 hours, on a slow Tuesday evening, for 2 simple orders, ribs and salmon. When the dinner finally came, the salmon was still raw in the middle. After another 20 minutes of waiting for the dish to be corrected, we finally threw in the towel. Not once were we asked if there was anything else they could replace It with, all while they clearly knew someone was going without dinner. Disappointed, old favorite but won’t be going back

the service is extremely slow every time i come here no matter how busy. also, i waited for the waitress to take my card, and i walk in and she’s sitting there socializing. i hats to complain but they need to improve their service
