We ate there Friday night ad our steaks had so much seasoning on them we could eat them. They were so spiced I could scrape it off in clumps on my plate. When I told the waitress she just kinda looked at us and said "well I told you it had a lot on it when you ordered it."
Food was delicious but poor management meant a 30 minute wait for a seat, even though literally half the restaurant had available seating, just not enough staff. Which meant we took a seat in the bar, had great appetizers and drinks......but an hour later ended up taking our food to go! �� and no discount!
Waited Over an hour ...empty booths ...counted over 11 continuously...3 hostesses bad mouthing customers after asking about their wait being so long. A manager that needs to fire himself.
We come to OUTBACK in Gaffney because the food is always good and the service is always fast and the servers are always friendly and courteous!
Enjoyed date night tonight with my hubby. I enjoyed a nice steak but had a little to much fat considering the cut....The manager immediately wanted to make things "right to my standards". To bad more places can't do the same.
The service was horrible. Had to ask for bread and utensils. Never gave us bread plates. Food took half an hour to arrive. We waited an additional 10 minutes before our server acknowledged we were sitting there Will not be going back there!!
It's OK not my favorite place to eat, don't like the blooming onion at all. I'd rather go to Texas Roadhouse better food and better prices.
Food was great and the service was great. I had the fillet mignon and lobster tail. The steak was prepared perfect and it would melt in your mouth.
