Surprisingly went there twice this week...once son in laws birthday..then in boiling spring...took mother in law out for dinner. Food was good..our waitress was nice. Her name is Chrystal..
I absolutely love Outback but the one in Gaffney needs to get some things taken care before I will go back. Ordered the Alice Springs chicken quesadillas no mushrooms, comes out full of them. New order comes out barely has chicken, cheese or bacon. Then ask for a manager and some how a different waiter is sent over instead. When the manager finally comes she states how they weigh out how much chicken for those and it's equally put on it...well either someone isn't weighing the chicken out right or they are cheating the custo... read more
Wait staff was in too big of a rush, and now the spice and herbs they use are just way to hot for the average person. Kids can't even get a steak anymore because of the spices.
I did not realize Outback changed their spice/season. Our sirloin was very, very salty. We did have a fantastic waitress who tried to warn us. She was so good about checking on us, including our extra butter, sour cream, and hot fudge (for the Thunder).
