I am HIGHLY disappointed in my service and food order from the outback in Fayetteville, NC. I ordered through the web and it took WAY longer than stated, which I understand it's Sunday, but when I called I was placed on hold for SEVERAL minutes and had to hang up and CALL back to get and answer to where my food was. While waiting for my seat and drinking a beer in the waiting area (6ft away from everyone except my wife), we were asked if we had masks. I said, “No, I don’t have a mask”. How do you drink with a mask on anyway? We were asked to leave. Also, the people waiting across from us (more than 6ft away) were not wearing masks either, but no one said anything to them. Ordered prime rib, but served ribeye; kitchen corrected then both steaks showed up on my ticket; the ticket was corrected; server was not attentive to refilling our drinks; baby back ribs were served warm not hot; baked potato and salmon were not fully cooked; server picked up my plate before I was finished.
Did the call ahead seating for dinner tonight. Had reservations at 7:45. Got to the hostess and they couldn’t find our reservation. Said they often have glitches getting the information. Told us the wait would be an hour and a half. Was looking forward to date night with my new husband to enjoy the gift card we received for our wedding. Next time, I’ll go back to Spartanburg. Done the call ahead seating several times there and never had a problem.
