Every time I come it is for the prime Rib 16 oz medium to well done they either tale to early or to late for this temperature. It is on your menu and this is not a one time thing, it happens every time. Any other Outback has this !!!!! I am tired of going to plan B and order something else. You should not have to settle.. if Hickory NC is the best you can do then close the doors. Thank you for your concern the restaurant sure doesn’t. nice service and good food
To cold complained other people complain too manger came out and when to table behind us 3 times to say how sorry she was that it was cold told them she would turn heat up came back to ask if everything was ok never ever came to our table ask anything I asked the waitress for some steak sauce never got it doubt if I ever go back
Absolutely awful. Came at 4:45 and it was an hour and half wait. So no big deal made a reservation to come back at 8:30. Got there and our reservation was “lost.” Finally got table and......after 20 mins of not even being able to order something to drink we left.
took fiance. for her 50th tonight. service really sucked. the waitress never removed empty glasses and plates. out of 16 2 had to be sent back 6 others weren't happy. last time for us
The last three times we have been to the Hickory location has been terrible. Lost my wife's debit card had to go through manager to find it. Second time we went there waited 20 mins before we got s waiter and then was there a total of 1 hr 20 mins snd steaks came out before salads. Third time was there forever snd my wife got the 4 course meal and never got the dessert. Used to Luv the good but service is a minus 10. Have a gift card snd dont want to govern use it. It's really disappointing.
