RecommendedFood was really good today
During our meal tonight as our server was bringing out our meal the tray slipped and our meal fell on the floor. Our server and managers went above and beyond to replace our meal quickly and. It only gave us dessert but also gave us our meal for free which wasn’t necessary. Our service was wonderful before the tray falling but after it was top notch. Thank you!
1st meal out in a while due to the covid mess. We had a great meal with great service. We had the pleasure of Cameron waiting on us, and I will ask for his section on our next visit. Thank you for the service, food and great hospitality during these times.
Outstanding food and service
The croutons were stale, and for a restaurant to be at less than half capacity, it should not have taken so long for the food (that had to be sent back because it was wrong).

Best steakhouse in Hickory. Beats all other Outbacks we have visited. They are the only place in town that will actually serve a rare steak.
Because of COVID-19, they do have a limited menu. Some of their famous entrees are not available. If you are expecting a certain menu item, I would check before going. There was three of us in our party and we were all satisfied with our food. Great food, excellent waitress. It was nice it wasn’t so loud in there. Also...put yourself on the wait list from their website. We sat down before a lot of people that have been waiting.
