The food was Really Good. The service was terrible. Our server got every thing wrong. But we would go back because the food was amazing!!!!!

Heaven at the Hickory NC is ... hands down is the best. I could tell it was important to her for us to enjoy our meal Had to wait a lil longer than anticipated , however her kindness and excellence in service made it all worth it... RecommendedMy wife and myself went to Outback for lunch today after church. We have had a couple of bad experiences with waitresses the last couple of times. So we have been reluctant to go dine in. By today we had one of the best experience with our server Kyle. He made our lunch special today. So thanks Kyle.

The service was excellent and food was amazing. The wait was long. Only draw back was that wait.
I put our name on the list! I was told 1 -1-1/2 hour wait. People were coming in that called ahead and being seated about 10 minutes after they got there. Other people with no reservations came in too and got seated about 30 minutes. We waited over 1 1/2 and never got seated. A very nice young man even offered us his beeper when it went off but we wouldn’t have felt right about taking their seat. We ended up leaving without a meal. I don’t think I will ever go back there!!
Waited 20 minutes past curbside pickup time. Once i got all the way back to my hotel room i find they forgot to give me plasticware... bad experience all the way around
