RecommendedToday my husband and I have been married 41 years. Last night we had planned to celebrate. Those Hope's were changed due to a fall I had Friday. Went for my boyfriends 40th bday last night. Food was great but our waiter was not. Justin S. Was our waiter... he disappeared most of the time we were there. The bus boy is who we should have tipped, he gave us our drinks when we ran out... never told the waiter it was his birthday because I don’t think he would have even cared. Never going to this location again, we will stick to Gastonia where we had great service.
The food was so amazingly good 😊. The waitress we had Kaylee Taylor was even more amazing. She is absolutely the best waitress there. You want beyond excellent service go see Kaylee. So worth a 30% tip.
HORRIBLE VISIT. Our drinks came out wrong; the cheese fries were burnt. The steaks were fatty. Our daughter's salad was wrong. Got accused of cussing (or calling the waitress a name) - the managers couldn't figure out which one it was. We asked for the check and a box - we weren't eating there. We were continuously called a liar and it took forever to get the manager to leave the table. She didn't charge us and our dogs loved the steak - we went elsewhere. We will NEVER go back to the Hickory location again.
Went there for my husband's birthday. I can't remember the waitress's name but she was very nice. She was real good about anything we needed. The food was very good. I wish l remembered her name. But our experience there was very good.
