Family got sick after eating there and we found a hair in one of the baked potatoes.
This was an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish, Service completed by a great server "Lisa". Lunch was outstanding, the Clam Chowder and French Onion soups were amazing and full of flavor, my husband is a Clam Chowder fan, and this was hands down, one of the best ever prepared, amazing for a chain resturant. Went for our 28th anniversary, every one bring at Outback in Orlando then Hickory. Had the best waiter, Justin, who listened, made suggestions and was so pleasant and genuine. The greeter was also so helpful and also had a great attitude. Meals were perfect. Another great anniversary dinner at Outback.
This place is an absolute shame! Went tonight for my birthday and my son and fiance told the waitress it was my birthday so they could sing and embarrass me but guess what she didn't even believe them. So damn sad and we won't be back! Sorry sorry sorry place to celebrate a birthday!!! Oh and not to mention we usually share with our 5 year old because he doesn't eat much and she said oh well I will get you something to eat baby what you want and still charged us for the plate he still did not end up eating!!!
Awesome service. Excellent food. Used the app to reserve my table. No problems or complaints. Will be back in the future.
