One of my favorite places to go. The food is always amazing
I'm only giving this rating based on the Veterans Day incentive for this restaurant as they continue to push the bloomin onion which is ridiculous because they give it to everybody that walks in the restaurant the manager will come up to you and ask you how your service is and how your food is and will give you a coupon for the blooming onion. These veterans deserve more than that because other restaurants are doing that!!!!
We visit Outback Steakhouse in New Hartford, NY about 5 or 6 times a year. This last time we were a party of 7 with about 7 or 8 other parties in the restaurant. Asked for steak sauce with our steaks, after 8-10 minutes after steaks were brought out I went into the kitchen to request it. Two minutes later we got steak sauce in a tiny ceramic bowl. The service sucked the food was low quality
Our server was fantastic. One major problem. Never give a customer a sirloin and tell him it's filet mignon.
