Had a very nice meal and our server was wonderful, as usual. It's always a great experience, but what made it even better was something that happened after our meal. The host (we didn't catch his name) came to the rescue when our truck wouldn't start. Thank you for going out of your way to come out and help us so we could get back home.
So I left my credit card there by mistake and knew they did not open until 4 pm the next day when I noticed it. I sent an email to the website which received a quick response and the manager told me I could come and get it even though they were not open. Customer service above and beyond!! Thank you Matthew Murrin!!!
We had dinner with our family yesterday at Outback as a celebration for our daughter finishing the semester. Unfortunately, our dinners were COLD. We waited a good 1/2 hour after our appetizer for our dinners and they were cold when it came out. The food tasted good, but was very cold. It's hard to enjoy a good family meal when your rice and veggies are COLD. :( Very Disappointed.
Service is terrible always messes up the order and has lost our order also
AWFUL......not even edible! Margarita was the only reason I gave it one star! Needless to say, I left hungry.
